At Aman, we value customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Domestic Orders (Within the UAE)
- Returns: Accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. International Orders
- Returns: Not accepted for international shipments.
- If a return is exceptionally approved, shipping charges must be paid in advance by the customer.
- Items must follow the same return condition rules as domestic orders.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- For exchange requests of the same item, please email us at: bc@telaltex.com
And send your item to the return address mentioned above.
4. Refunds
- Refunds apply only to eligible returns or defective/damaged items.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
5. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first:
- The refund will be issued to the gift giver.
- The refund will be issued to the gift giver.
6. Shipping Notes
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
All returned items are subject to inspection. Used, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be accepted.
